Product Description:

The high-speed extrusion series we offer can be applied to insulate and sheath bare wires made of copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloy, using materials such as PVC, PE, LSZH, HFFR, and XLPE.

 

Features:

  1.  Can be configured with additional extruders for co-extrusion or applying multiple colours on insulation layer
  2.  PLC control and user-friendly touch screen interface. 
  3.  Precise fixed-center crosshead for minimal need for adjustment.
  4.  The productioin line adopts various detecting devices such as precision meter counter, lazer diameter gauge and spark tester to guarantee the consistency in product quality.​
