Description and application:

Applied to bunch-twisting copper conductor, copper clad aluminum wire, varnished wire, tinned wire, etc, our double twist bunching machine boasts industry-leading specifications, with a maximum speed of 1200 rounds per minute and the capability to strand wires ranging from 0.38mm to 1mm in diameter. The stranded crosssection is between 0.8mm2 - 16.0mm2.   Its advanced auto-brake feature ensures minimal waste of resources in the event of wire breakage, whether internal or external. Additionally, the machine's auto-stop capability contributes to a smoother stranding process, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

  • Control tension automatically; Adopt International famous Brand bearing; the machine would automatically brake
  • The body frame is annealed to eliminate internal stress and is one-step boring by means of precise boring mill.
  • In the event of a damaged wire, an automatic braking mechanism is activated to bring the machine to a halt, preventing further damage to the wire and ensuring the safety of the operator.
  • Automatic length-counting and auto-stop after specified length is reached.
